With a population of 3.5 million, Berlin is Germany’s largest city, extending 35 km from north to south and 45 km from east to west.

Discovering Berlin means visiting the city’s many world famous museums and art galleries. To get to know the city a tour through the suburbs such as Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Charlottenburg with the famous Kurfürstendamm and the Gedächtniskirche should be included in a visit. You will also find reminders of the former division of the city into East and West everywhere around you.

Berlin is a metropolis well-known for its modern architecture, of which the Government District, Potsdamer Platz, the Embassy District and the new central station are good examples. Among the other places worth visit in Berlin are the historical Nikolai Quarter, Unter den Linden Boulevard with the Brandenburg Gate and the classical Alexanderplatz with the highest building in Germany. Naturally, the long Berlin nights, its cafés and other popular meeting points with people from all over the world should not be forgotten.
